You may also request that Capability Resources corrects personal information it holds about you. Capability Resources will not charge for these requests and will respond within a reasonable period.
In particular situations, Capability Resources may refuse access and correction requests. In these circumstances, Capability Resources will provide you with a statement of reasons if this occurs.
