Capability Resources and Ezenergy are Nathan's legacy and the culimation of more than 20 years in mining, power generation and people management.
Commencing his career as an apprentice, Nathan worked in mining for many years in a diversity of roles, from Electrical Fitter, to Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent and Electrical Projects Engineer.
Nathan's hands-on experience combined with his qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Training & Assessment and WTIA Trainer ensure he can continue to lead Cap Res at the cutting edge of technology in this industry.
